Notes from your Board of Directors:
The Walk fee has been increased to $130.00 effective for Walk #14
No picture taking is allowed during the walks, including the Opening, Candlelight and Closing.
Replacement badges are now $5.00
Remember, if you wish to serve on a team, you must submit a new team application after each walk
Please remember that candlelight and closing are for the pilgrims and are not the best places for small children. If someone would like to organize child care please let Jeff Allen know.
As our community grows, candlelight will be more and more crowded. Please be observant of a few items:
Do not hug the pilgrims or pull them out of line
Fall into line as the line passes you by, two by two. We do not want anyone to trip and fall.
Do not go to the chapel before the pilgrims and teams have gone in.
Do not go inside the circle of tables in the chapel. Let's respect the pilgrim's space.
We must vacate the parking lot immediately after candlelight is over.
No photography of any kind is permitted during the weekends, including Send-off, Candlelight, and Closing
